NRI Investment Expo provides online events, livestreams and interactive features that may allow users to communicate with speakers, exhibitors and other participants.

We expect participants to behave respectfully and lawfully.

You can report content or behaviour that you believe violates our Terms & Conditions, Livestream Terms, Community Guidelines or applicable law.

You may report:

• harassment or bullying
• threats or intimidation
• abusive or hateful conduct
• impersonation
• scams or fraudulent activity
• misleading or deceptive content
• spam
• malicious or harmful links
• unauthorised advertising
• privacy violations
• disclosure of another person's private information
• intellectual-property violations
• inappropriate livestream content
• unlawful content
• disruptive behaviour
• suspected attempts to obtain financial credentials, OTPs or sensitive information
• suspicious investment or financial claims; or

other conduct that violates our policies or applicable law.

Please provide:

• your name
• your email address
• the URL or location of the relevant content
• the username/name of the person involved, if available
• a description of the issue
• the approximate date and time
• screenshots or other evidence, where available; and

any other information that may help us investigate.

Please do not send passwords, OTPs, bank credentials, Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information in your report.

If you believe that content or conduct presents an immediate threat to someone's safety or involves an actual or suspected criminal offence, contact the appropriate law-enforcement or emergency authority in your jurisdiction.

You may also report the matter to us so that we can take appropriate action within our role and legal authority.

Depending on the circumstances, NRI Investment Expo may:

• remove content
• hide comments
• mute users
• restrict chat access
• remove participants from a livestream
• suspend or restrict access
• permanently ban users
• remove or restrict videos
• investigate reported activity
• preserve relevant information where legally required or reasonably necessary; or

refer matters to appropriate authorities.

We may take action without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain platform integrity or comply with applicable law.

Submitting a report does not automatically mean that content will be removed.

We will assess reports based on the available information, our policies, applicable law and the circumstances of the matter.

We will handle reports in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to:

• investigate a complaint
• protect users
• prevent fraud or abuse
• comply with legal obligations
• respond to lawful requests
• enforce our policies; or

protect our rights and property.

We may take appropriate action against individuals who knowingly submit fraudulent, malicious or abusive reports.
